As you know we were in the process of moving into the house during your work and we have to thank you for making this difficult time uncomplicated.

With reference to your request for a testimonial for the works carried out by
you on both of our projects. I am delighted to be able to respond to this request
in the positive for you:-
Both the projects carried out by Andy were executed to a high standard of workmanship, whereby the extension that was built (Project 1) had to follow the brick work design as of the original property which was built in the 1920's to an individuals requirements as per the specification of the original owner. Not an easy task. Not only did he undertake the brickwork on the extension, he also re-sited the drainage system, rebuilt the garden wall - which was removed to allow building materials access - and on completion of the project removed all items from site so that the property, apart from the extension complete, did not appear to have had any work carried out at all. A seamless execution! The job was completed on time, despite several additional requests by ourselves for more or alternative work.
Project 2, built 3 bedroom maisonette style home, a joint project between myself and my daughter, all comments as per Project 1 apply but obviously this was on a much larger scale.
In summary I was extremely pleased with the ability, level of workmanship and professionalism and would definitely get Andrew to quote any future requirements that I have.
